The house has a beautiful small garden area with a small wooden terrace, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun! A parking space is located at the house. Arrival Description Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Grabenstätt, approx. 7km direction Chieming, in Chieming at the bend turn left into Stötthamer Strasse direction Stöttham, after approx. 250m turn right into Christelmal and here it is the first house on the right hand side. Description of the accommodation You can reach the bright and cozy 50sqm roof studio via a separate access through an outside spiral staircase. In the living/sleeping room with parquet flooring there is a cable TV. The separate and fully equipped kitchen offers among other things a dishwasher, microwave, 2-plate hob with dining area. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet, a hairdryer is available. Mountain and lake view. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included.
